Should Rafael Nadal's sponsors have him wear more traditional tennis attire?
I don't want to slam Nadal, because I think he's a great guy with excellent sportsmanship. That said, his sponsors make him wear some pretty tacky clothing. Even though the sleaveless shirts accentuate his muscular physique, don't they also make him look a little unsophisticated? Plus, can't they give him some pants (or underwear) that don't give him a wedgie? I certainly don't want to play tennis in those kind of shorts/pants.
Haha, I know what you mean. Companies like Nike give their athletes some freedom in deciding what is most comfortable for them to perform well.
They understand that the athletes performance and comfort is paramount. Unlike companies like Lacoste who sponsors Roddick and puts him in awful tennis clothes.
Personally I really dislike the collar'less, sleeveless trend but at the same time I think it expresses the new age youth that are populating the sport and that is very positive.
Summer is just started , and men do not want to wear clothing that is made of heavy fabrics, especially when it comes to everyday mens suits or formal clothing. In business or for many professional man the mens suits or the business clothing codes do not change, even the weather gets hot. But even on the hottest of days, men are also adapting their professional wardrobe to go with the summer season, in this way they can step up against their competitors. Adapting their mens suits with the summer season gives also a comfort at the same time. Here are some tips or guide on how to pick mens suits for summer season that give comfort and style.
A cotton mens suits is one of the greatest choice in summer season. They said cotton mens suits are king of hot weather, in professional wear or in business attire. A natural cotton fiber are very breathable, the heat and sweat will not become trapped in the suit. Choosing a cotton mens suits look for the one that do not appear like a wool. A cream, stone or khaki is very good in summer season than navy or Black Mens suits.
Many says that wool fabric in mens suits is very adaptive in all season, which is true. A true light weight wool suit, are very perfect in summer season because it keeps you cool and repels moisture.
Linen also is one the best fabric in summer it breathes well and can actually absorb moisture while still feeling dry to touch. In this fabric it is more stronger than a cotton. Linen also cool to touch. Linen mens suits are always classy, because it look incredibly good and it is very lightweight, in this way men are able to enjoy wearing them in summer. This suits is perfect for men when he wants to get dressed up during the day because of its lighter look. But in this fabric it is easily wrinkle.
A seersucker is another top-pick for summer. Seersucker is puckered which makes it one of the cooler fabrics since this puckering creates space between the fabric and the skin. This fabric does not require ironing because it has a wrinkle-like appearance.
Moreover, when you are selecting for a mens suits for summer, always look for a label to see what the garment is made from. A quality plant fiber fabric like cotton, have for over a millennial successfully wicked away heat and provided protection from the sun. This natural properties allow them to dispel heat and pass moisture through.
During hot weather loosen up is very advantageous, this allow air flow as you move. Airflow help sweat on your skin to evaporates. You may unbutton your cuffs to allow more airflow up into the sleeves.
Mens Suits are generally not something you need to worry about. Try to choose a colorful and light colors of shirt to go with your Summer Mens suits. In summer season a white Cotton Shirt is a safest choice.

With Fulham FC's recent success in the Europa League many new sites and shirts have popped up in order to celebrate the success of the club. Football shirts are always a great way to remind you of the clubs success, however many people simply use them as "every day clothes" meaning they wear out and are replaced, or simply thrown away.
In this article we are going to look at a few Fulham FC Retro shirts that I feel are classics, Fulham the English Football team currently playing in the English Premiership were founded way back in 1879 and in 2004 celebrated their 125 anniversary. In 2010 Fulham against all odds made it to the Europa league final giving their fans a great deal of joy and excitement, however this is not the first or only success of Fulham FC.
The first shirt we look at is the 1950's Fulham retro shirt, this shirt was worn by the likes of Johhny Haynes in 55, Haynes one of the all time greats was one of the first £100 players in the country, he was also an England star of his day. He had 56 caps, and 18 goals (including a hatrick) for England before a car crash put pay to his England career. Haynes continued at club level and continued to be one of the great forces in Fulham FC in the 50's. The 50's Fulham classic shirt is in no doubt partly a tribute to the likes of Haynes, and the rest of the Fulham squad from that era.
1975 gave Fulham some success, it was in this year Fulham FC reached the Cup final, sadly on this occasion they were beaten 2-0 by West-Ham. The team in1975 consisted of famous players such as Bobby Moore and Alan Mullery. The squad by some was said to be a "tired squad" however the team of that era still put on a great display for their fans and gave them a final to be proud of.
Another retro shirt considered a "must have" by Fulham fans is the 1930's Cottage football shirt, the 30's Fulham team was made up of players such as Bert Barrett, the game that makes this shirt famous in the fans eyes is from the Club playing against FC Austria back in the 30's and the match between the two clubs was held at the "Cottage". This shirt like many is a Long Sleeve Shirt comprising only the Fulham FC Logo.
You can buy any of the shirts mentioned along with a whole host of other Fulham shirts by visiting Fulham Football Shirts With the new season getting ever closer and the world cup just around the corner we have put together a range of new shirts for you to take a look at visit us now at New Football Shirts.
Where can I get a batman logo for a shirt?
I bought a black shirt for Halloween but I don't want to put an iron-on batman logo on it because I like the shirt. All I want is some sort of sticker thing to put on it an be able to take it off when I'm done but I don't want it to look tacky at all...HELP!
If you don't want to ruin your black shirt there are 2 things that come to mind, but it certainly wouldn't look better than actually ironing it on or having it silk screened.
1. You could iron the logo onto a square cut out of black clothe and then safety pin it on your shirt or sew it at the corners. If you need to know more about the process of printing the graphic on transfer paper, and then ironing it on please refer to my other answer here:
2. This is closely the same idea, but you could have a patch made at a shirt company locally or online at places like:
http://www.spreadshirt.com/ or http://www.cafepress.com/
and then safety pin that or sew it on.
Have you known "Lacoste Polo Shirts"? It is the earliest Polo Shirt brand. And then it becomes popular and popular. Now Polo shirts is known as Golf Shirts or tennis shirts. Polo shirts are the mainstay of the conservative and golfer alike. They're the lazy man's formal wear, a get out of jail free card and they're not going anywhere.
If you are the golf fan, you will find that almost all players wear Polo shirts. Do you think they are handsome or beautiful? Tiger Woods is one of the famous golf players. He is always wearing Polo shirt in the competition. See the below picture.
But a correct fitting polo shirts can be cool, just avoid those long, tailed, over-sized things or those awful popped and printed collared numbers. Or any of the over worked and embellished variations. Instead keep it clean and opt for stripes or French prep colours. Keep the fit like a t-shirt - slim in the body and sleeves. Now the guys tend to have the collars on their polo shirts turned up. People can word in all occasion, what ever restaurant or working place, at day or night.
The polo shirts can be worn by both men and women. This is the causal type of clothing that looks great with capris, cargo pants, jeans, shorts and more. Rugby shirts and Polo shirts are very similar in style. Some people may not even be able to tell the difference between these types of men's clothing. They usually have two or three buttons down the front but are not designed to open up completely like a formal shirt would. Because these shirts have softer collars than formal shirts do, they are more comfortable to wear. Polo shirts have what are called tennis tails, where the back of the shirts are slightly longer than the front. The tennis tail is incorporated into this men's clothing so it is easier to tuck in the shirt without having it easily come out.

How do I remove colour run from a polo shirt please?
I bought a polo shirt off ebay and after its first wash, the colour from the collar (Dark Blue) ran onto the shoulder and one sleeve which is a lighter coloured pattern.
Would anybody know a way in which I can remove the colour run please?
I have scrubbed with a bar of that stain removal soap and washed it a few more times and whilst the colour run does seem to be fading, I need something that will work quicker if possible?
Thanks
You can buy sachets of colour remover from the supermarket, you just dissolve in a tub then soak the shirt. You will be able to see the colour leave the shirt within minutes.
