Okay, I was considering getting the hair removed from under my armpits permanatley by a laser treatment. I'm a little skeptical b/c its costly and time consuming. On the other side I get sick of having to shave under my arms once I get stubble (stubble is my greatest pet peeve especially when my armpits sweat and deoderant doesn't seem to work.) Plus I always hate having to put a shirt with sleeves on when it is like a jungle under there, it feels discusting. Its worse with a sleevless shirt b/c everyone can see. Has anyone had laser removal done before, and can they tell me if hurts? much less is it worth it?
Well I get laser hair removal on my bikini line and it I've never used a numbing cream (Which they have if you need it) I think getting it done is well worth it if you don't want to shave (plus shaving makes even MORE hair grow back). It's well worth the money. I think the pain is tolerable but if your worried they DO have numbing cream if you need.
Honestly, I recommend you get it done. =]
Bath accessories can make a big change in any bathroom. Simply replacing old bath accessories with new ones can often make it look as though the entire bath has been redecorated.
Black and white bath accessories are an example of those that bring the greatest change to a bathroom. A study in just black and white, from floor to ceiling, is one way of using these two colors. Or try a study in black and white bath accessories with one other color as a backdrop.
Black and white bath accessories with red walls can produce a very dramatic look, no matter how large or small your bath is. Choose a warm red wall paper for a cozy, comforting look. Or use a deep, warm red paint on your walls. Then accent the red with black and white bath accessories.
Asian red is a good choice with black and white bath accessories. Picture a Chinese restaurant with imperial red walls and carpeting, pristine white tablecloths, and black lacquer furniture. You can use your black and white bath accessories to achieve the same look in your bath. Paint the walls with imperial red and use a similar or darker red on the floor, either in tiles or carpeting. Black toilet seat, tub, and vanity will look solid. Add white towels and smaller accessories. A shower curtain of white with palm or bamboo trees in black silhouette could add pattern without color. A black fern leaf design is also an option.
The Asian theme could be carried further with Croscill's black and white bath accessories. Each has a black calligraphy letter on white, with words such as peace, prosperity, harmony, and happiness.
Black and White Bath Accessories to Use
Before you begin accessorizing your bath, you may want to find pictures of baths done in black and white. Look for photos in bathroom design galleries online. Visit your local home supply store to see samples of what can be done. Take time to think through your whole project, and decide which bath accessories you will want in black, which in white.
Black and white bath accessories will lend themselves to a sleek, modern look or a quaint, colonial look. Which do you want?
Do you have black and white ceramic tile in the older 4x4" size? Do you have white wainscoting on the bottom portion of the walls? You may want to accessorize with colonial, antique items.
Do you have large, marble tiles on the floor and up the wall? Are cabinets set into the wall for a sleek look? You may want to accessorize with modern, contemporary items.
The following are a few suggestions to help you get started.
1. Vanity: Many call the vanity the focal point of the bathroom. Yours could be a sleek, modern black vanity, with a black or white vessel sink on top. Or you might go the other direction, using an antique white pedestal sink.
2. Shower and window curtains: White curtains with a black design are dramatic and add character to a bathroom. Black silhouettes of tree, leaf, or flower design are good, as are geometric black designs. Choose a design for your black and white bath accessories that carries your contemporary, antique, or other style.
3. Bath mats and rugs: Break up the color of your floor with black bath mats and rugs. Remember, when doing so, that some toiletries, such as toothpaste, may contain chlorine. A drop on a black may bleach.
4. Towels: Fluffy white towels are nice with a black or white monogram at one end. You might also combine black towels and white towels, so that each towel rack will carry the black and white theme.
5. Containers and Dispensers: Black and white bath accessories should include smaller items, too, such as wastebaskets, lotion dispensers, soap dish, toothbrush holder, and tissue box cover. You may want them in black only, white only, or a combination of the two.
Helpful Tip
Planning is essential if you want your black and white bath accessories to look good. Find a design that has everything you will need. If you choose contemporary, sleek black wire wastebasket and towel holders, you will not want to use white antique "china" containers and dispensers on your vanity.

Hello I am 15 years old and have just recently had quarter size white spots pop up over the last two years or so, so far I have two large and another one starting. One is on the top/back of my head, another near the top/front. Please help??
Sounds like you need to see a skin specialist. I know of a little girl that this has happened to on her back over the last year or so. She has seen a specialist and it has something to do with the pigment of her skin. Her parents were given a cream to put on the spots but there is no cure for it, and he said it will spread. Get to the doc...You don't want it to spread to your face if you can help it...Good luck

Reflecting Their Personalities
Modern parents, more than anything, want the world's first impression of their little one to reflect them: their personalities and the type of home into which they are welcoming their new baby. Today's the baby announcement is highly personalized. They mention siblings and family pets, they reference parents' hobbies, they sometimes even match the nursery décor. In this plethora of personal creativity, we see some distinct trends:
Colors
While one can still find a lot of beautiful birth announcements in the traditional pastels, there is now a large selection of designs in more modern colors. Baby Blue is offset with navy, or pale pink is placed in sharp contrast to rich chocolate brown. Or skip the pastels all together and use vibrant orange, bright green and sunshine yellow to create your own unique design. There are no limitations on colors used in baby announcements, some great new designs in black and shades of gray have even been seen recently.
Wit
Loquacious litany is out, replaced by fresh, clean announcements with snappy comments and eye-catching images. Sparse use of clever graphics, smart text, and bold colors make the custom Birth Announcement, http://www.cardsshoppe.com/birth-announcements/birth-announcement.htm stand out from the crowd and reflect the humorous sensibilities of the parents.
Fonts
Fonts have gone simple - the emphasis is on readable and they are often sans serif. But they come alive with the mixture of multiple fonts and untraditional Birth Announcement word placement, http://www.cards-411.com/birth-announcements/birth-announcement. Write the new name vertical, or mix centered with right justified text. Omit capital letters and punctuation or allow the text to visually bounce and hop along, expressing your uncontainable excitement.
Luxury
Lavish colors - abundant use of ink and paper - sumptuous textures. Elaborate hand-made cards combine shiny, corrugated, and printed papers with beautiful ribbons and die-cuts that pop out. A dangling charm might be added just for good measure. The mixing of luxuriant materials creates a feast for the senses and allows you to gift a true piece of art to the recipient.
Photography
Including a photo and announce the new addition to your family with photo birth announcements which continues to be a very popular practice. But posed studio photography has been replaced with candid or artistic shots that capture your special feelings for your little one. Her little head laying in your hand, his tiny feet alongside the larger versions of older siblings, a little body stretched out in comparison along dad's Golf Club, a tiny sleeping form in sepia tones. The free Birth Announcement, http://www.birth-cards.com/ can either be photo baby announcements with the information and photos all printed together, or you can tuck a single photograph into the envelope allowing the recipient to transfer it to a frame. As the mother of young children, I have fantasized about the perfect winter get-away. My children, now 8 and 10, are fairly independent, but winter activities, be it skiing or sledding, inevitably require extra effort on the part of parents to assist. Socks pulled up, pants leg down, snow pants up, inner pant leg back up, so pull it down, left ski boot on, right ski boot on, left one hurts, left one off -- Add to that the necessity of driving from hotel to ski rental shop, a shuttle to the slopes and back again, and a "relaxing" winter family vacation becomes nothing more than a different kind of work.
Imagine instead a gracious manor house in a valley amidst the towering mountains of Valle ‘d'Aosta, Italy which just happens to have won the 2006 Spa Trophy awarded by Relais Chateau. Imagine further that this hotel overlooks a parco neve (snow park) complete with cross-country trails, small downhill course and tubing with roullez tappez (electric side-walk) to carry you back up the hill, a trampoline and lounge chairs on the snow, warmed by the sun's rays (sunglasses and sunscreen a must). If you dare, imagine further that three steps from the hotel and the park is a ski rental at about nine Euros (12 U.S.) a day, and a five minute walk down the road, a chairlift for more advanced skiers at about 10 Euro a day (13 US). Tired kids? Throw their skis in the hotels shed for a while (every room has its' own locker) and warm up inside with a cup of tea or hot chocolate in front of a noce carved fireplace.
Sound like a fantasy? Such a place really exists at the HOTEL BELLEVUE and it's not located in a fabricated 1980s ski village that sprang up overnight. It exists in Cogne, an 11th century Italian mountain village at 1534 meters altitude. It lies within the border of the National Park "Gran Paradiso," designated as such in 1922 for its beauty and unique fogliage and fauna. The hotel itself has so many benefits for families, it is difficult to know where to start. The spa area with its pool and Jacuzzi with recliners and hydro- massage is enjoyable for all but the smallest visitors. As for particular spa treatments, they are for the enjoyment of Mom and Dad, while smaller visitors enjoy the Children's Playroom which contains authentic desks from A 19th century school house, wooden toys, bouncing balls, a puppet theater, legos and other surprises. Next door to this room is a family movie theater for evening viewing. The hotel also runs three restaurants -- one with a Michelen Star. We really enjoyed a gastronomic evening of "family fondue" at the Bar à Fromage in front of a roaring fire. At La Brassierie du Bon Bec, we had La
Braserade where "braciere" was put on our table, with sausages, potatoes and Reblochon cheese to be melted. At the end of the dish, crepes suzettes are made directly on the braciere. The loving hand four generations of the Jeantet-Roullet family is evident in every nook and cranny of this family-owned hotel. No where have I seen such a combination of rustic charm and sophisticated elegance.
But the fun does not stop at the doors of the hotel. The aero club Valle D'Aosta will take you flying, gliding or parachuting over and around Monte Bianco/Mont Blanc. A horse drawn sled will also take you for a memorable ride through the snowy valley of Valnontey. Centro di Turismo Equestre "Le Traineau" +39 333 314 7248. We opted to spend our non-sking, non-spa time training to become the leader of a dog sled team with Signor Genta. The kids were safely tucked inside a dog sled and team lead by a professional. I was given my own sled, some instruction, and off I went, the leader of my own team. Although thrilling, I felt like I was on some wild ride at Disney where the brakes malfunctioned. It was great fun, but is definitely for those of you who find yourself in excellent physical shape (I am not, unfortunately, in this sector of the population) and who like a good thrill (I am at least part of the second group). Sled dogs, I learned, really like to pull, the faster the better, and it takes good balance and strength to keep WITH the sled. Next time, I'd opt for a "kid" seat, tucked away in a toasty sled, letting the professionals do all the work, listening to the snow swish by, taking in the scenery and the passion of the dogs whisking me through a field of white powder.
LG have now launched their first ever Android phone and it turns out that the new LG GW620 is one of the most affordable on the market. Released under the LG InTouch branding as the Max edition the new GW620 follows on from the successful LG GW520 offering a more streamlined design but with a similar physical makeup.
The LG GW620 incorporates a full slide out Qwerty keyboard as found in the previous GW520, however this new LG phone is powered by Android which makes for fast menu navigation, great software support and access to a huge range of applications for download.
The LG InTouch Max has been released on T-Mobile on the very same day that the network introduced the Samsung Galaxy Spica as the Galaxy Portal, both handsets are offered at a very similar price band but the LG GW620 does win over in some circumstances.
Compared with the slabby look of the touch screen only Samsung Spica the LG GW620 manages to pack in that Qwerty keypad without adding too much bulk alongside a 5.0 mega pixel camera against the 3.0 mega pixel camera of the Spica.
The LG GW620 In Touch Max also offers 3G+ support for fast internet downloads, Wi-Fi, and built-in GPS with Google Maps for navigation. Other features include Bluetooth, microUSB, expandable memory up to 32GB, MP3/MP4 player and built in FM Radio which is a lot of phone for your money.
The Qwerty keyboard does allow for easy and fast text input for writing emails, texting and social networking (for which there is pre-loaded support) but for simple day to day use the LG GW620 also offer a good sized 3 inch, TFT touch screen incorporating an accelerometer sensor for screen orientation.
Although not always publicised, the InTouch range has been steadily growing, consumers know many of the phones simply by their model number including the first LG KS360 (InTouch), the LG GW300 (InTouch Lite), the recent LG GW520 (InTouch Plus) and obviously this new LG GW620 (InTouch Max).
Although initially released as a T-Mobile exclusive phone this latest LG handset will be available on further networks after the limited time period expires, this is usually around one month so expect to see the LG GW620 available on Orange and other networks around mid to late February.
This new LG phone does have some competitors, however none quite match it for the same money, many of the more recent Android phones are slightly more expensive including the Motorola Milestone, HTC Tattoo, Acer Liquid and newly launched Google Nexus One.
If the Android OS was not a consideration then there are a few models that do compete well on price, these all offer a full slide out Qwerty keyboard as well and include the Samsung Genio Slide, Samsung B3410, Nokia 6760, Nokia N97 Mini and the new Palm Pre.
The new LG GW620 and recently introduced Motorola Milestone are two of many new Android phones to be launched this year, further information on these and other new models can be found on our website - Phones Limited.
Best Football Turf Shoes?
Ok, yesterday at my first pre-season game I had to play on turf which I wasnt use to because my team usually practices on regular grass. The turf that I will always be playing at (because it is my home field) is pretty thick and not the greatest. The cleats that I have were meant for regular grass and yesterday it got caught right in the turf and I got slide tackled and I injured my knee (bent inwards). I need some good turf shoes and I was wondering which ones are the best. Any help would be appreciated, I don't want to be injured again.
I was looking at the Nike Air Max LT but it cost too much (anything under $60) . So any suggestions? Thanks
Well underarmour has some sweet new ones that just came out
